Six months of work, tasting and discoveries to introduce this new wine list, winter and spring 2011/2012.
In a crisis situation, the number of wine and champagne references (246) may surprise.
We wanted to fulfill as many expectations as possible, creators’ wines, classical and prestigious labels.
The place we have at our disposal allows us to preserve 15 000 bottles in our wine cellar.
For us, wine is a passion prior to be a business. The desire to share moments of emotion leads our pursuit.
Bubbles are appreciated at the 1728 with its 31 references, prestigious houses as well as extraordinary and independent creators.
Our guests love white wines, which without a doubt reflects the international image of our place and explains 90 white references.
This year, we put an emphasis on the Loire, the Bourgogne and Bordeaux, which concentrate most of our requests.
With 61 references, Bordeaux is the most visited vineyard of our wine list. Every connoisseur will find all kind of delicacies as well as all kind of prices.
According to the present time, we have never sold so much exceptional labels, but we also spend a great amount of time on service to introduce extraordinary wines, affordable, full-bodied and perfectly in accordance with our cuisine.
